Dialogue is an internal tool aimed at setting goals for the year, planning, management and performance evaluation.
Dialogue key points:
In the beginning of the year, each employee with his supervisor during the Dialogue meeting sets goals and defines criteria of their achievement (KPI) for the current year. Results evaluation is done in the end of the year.
Every employee of Holcim (Russia) can expect a bonus in the end of the year, which amount depends on his/her achievements, based on the Dialogue and the Company's results for the year.
