6. An internship interview with a mentor and the function manager

1. Ability and wish to adapt and learn

2. Analytical skills

3. Persistence in problem solving

4. English language - skills and will to learn  


Internships steps:

1. Adaptive training (Induction seminar, one of Holcim plant tour)

2. Setting goals and objectives for the internship

3. Team work on department projects with your mentor

4. Presentation skills training 

5. Final conference: interns’ final presentation and business game

6. Awarding of recommendation letters

7. Informal events 


Conditions: paid Internship, non-residents are provided with housing
